What are Value Vouchers?

The Value Vouchers benefit allows My Wealth Capital Rewards members to purchase discounted digital vouchers across selected retail, grocery, fashion, dining, airtime, entertainment and transport categories.

The purpose of the benefit is to give members access to immediate, measurable savings by allowing them to purchase selected vouchers for less than the face value of the voucher. For example, a member may purchase a selected voucher at a discounted price and redeem the voucher for its full face value with the relevant participating partner, subject to that partner's redemption rules.

The benefit is delivered digitally. Once payment is completed and verified, the member receives a voucher PIN or digital code on their mobile phone.

How Value Vouchers work

  • The member logs in to the My Wealth Capital Rewards platform using their unique membership details.
  • The member selects the Value Vouchers section.
  • The member chooses the voucher they wish to purchase.
  • The member confirms the voucher value, partner and applicable discount.
  • The member pays for the voucher using the online payment process.
  • Once payment is approved and verified, a voucher PIN or digital code is sent to the member's registered mobile phone.
  • The member redeems the voucher directly with the relevant participating partner in accordance with the redemption instructions.
